The Merced Running Club would like to invite you, your family, and friends to another fun-filled running event at the Merced Turkey Trot. This event will take place on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025. This long-time tradition in Merced will once again be held at Lake Yosemite, next to UC Merced! All 2 Mile and 5 Mile participants will be chip timed. A big thank you to On Your Mark Events for their timing services.
We will again offer a Kids 1K that starts at 8:15am, a 2 mile Run/Walk, and a 5 mile Run. Bring a new unwrapped toy and receive a raffle ticket. Prizes will be awarded after the race. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Toys for Tots, Merced County Chapter. A big THANK YOU to all MRC members for their continued support and endorsement of our sport.
Fees:
Kid's 1K (for ages 10 & Under) - $15 - Includes finisher medal, does not include T-Shirt.
2-Mile/5-Mile - Ages 18 & Under - $30., Adults 19 & Over $35.
Fees increase race day by $5.00

T-Shirts:
Register by October 31st. to be guaranteed a T-shirt. After this date,T-shirts are on a first come first serve basis until supply lasts.
Awards:
Kid's 1K will receive a kid's finisher medal
2-Mi & 5 Mi will receive an adult custom commerative finisher medal

9:00 am - Check-In and race day registration opens
10:15 am - Kid's 1K Start
10:30 am - 2-Mile/5-Mile Start
